Trauma Intervention Programs will celebrate its annual On Scene Heroes Awards Ceremony and Fundraiser on Friday, October 17, 2008 at TorNino's Banquet Hall in Fresno to honor emergency responders (peace officers, firefighters, hospital staff, paramedics and other first responders) who go above and beyond the call of duty in helping victims of trauma.
