Trauma Intervention Programs will celebrate its annual On Scene Heroes Awards Ceremony and Fundraiser on September 7, 2012 at 6:00pm at TorNino's in Fresno to honor emergency responders (peace officers, firefighters, hospital staff, paramedics and other first responders) who go above and beyond the call of duty in helping victims of trauma.
