Not long ago, one of our volunteers may have been called to assist you during a time of crisis in your life. I hope that you found the volunteer helpful and that you are recovering. The volunteer who was called to help you is one of about 25 well-trained citizen volunteers who live in the Fresno area. They are called by police officers, firefighters, and emergency room personnel to help citizens in distress.
